The Employee Health Advisory Program (EHAP) is available to ExxonMobil employees and their eligible family members.
- Under age 65 Retirees are eligible for EHAP benefits if they elected COBRA (18 months).
- Retirees over age 65 need to contact Medicare for mental health benefit information.
