File an Out-Of-Network claim online  

Use this easy online process to be reimbursed for services received from an out-of-network provider. 

In order for Magellan to process your claim, you will be asked to provide some personal patient information as well as any other insurance or Medicare coverage. You can choose whether you want the reimbursement to be sent to you or your provider. In addition, you will need a statement of services from your provider in order to be reimbursed.
