Neuroflow helps you understand your mental, emotional, and behavioral needs. It recommends activities and education to help you learn, cope, and grow. It may also connect you with a therapist or counselor.

A: The Digital Emotional Wellbeing program is designed to help you address a wide range of challenges and conditions, including:

Q: How do I sync fitness trackers with the Digital Emotional Wellbeing Program?
A: You will be asked to sync your data with a fitness tracker when you create an account on the mobile app.
If you create your account on a browser first, or you want to sync with a tracker later, you can change your sync settings in the app. The instructions are different for iOS and Android devices.
