Click the “Find My Company | Log In” button on the top right of your screen. Then, click “Sign up” and complete your profile using your personal or work email address.

You need an account to register for counseling sessions*, access our full suite of digital resources and to save information for future reference.

Services provided through your program are voluntary and confidential and utilization of this program is not reported to your employer or maintained in a personnel file. The only exceptions are in the event of a mandatory referral as a condition of employment if your program utilizes mandatory referrals, if you consent to share information, or if Magellan is required by applicable law to report a situation to an appropriate person or office, such as in the case of a duty to report child or elder abuse or threats to commit self-harm or harm to others.
If you are a California resident and are dissatisfied with the services you've received, you have the right to file a formal complaint, also known as a “grievance.” GRIEVANCE FORM. Note: you must be logged in to your account to complete the online Grievance Form.
