Information for COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

Magellan has expanded our Telehealth services during the COVID-19 pandemic allowing for more providers to conduct telehealth video and/or phone sessions for all routine EAP services. Click on the Find Care tab above, then select "Telehealth" from the "Choose a Provider List*" dropdown.

It is normal to feel anxious, unsettled, distracted, scared and/or overwhelmed by COVID-19. We don’t know where it may spread. However, some people may be more vulnerable if they already have a health or generalized anxiety disorder. In either case, feeling stressed can affect your immune system and increase the risk of getting ill in general. That is why it is important to take steps to manage your anxiety and how you react to the situation, so you can keep yourself as safe as possible.

If you or a household member are having difficulty coping with stress and anxiety or staying emotionally well, help is available. Call your program at @@CLIENT_PHONE_NUMBER@@. To quickly access your program phone number, scroll to the top of this page and click on the blue button for "Find My Company | Log In." We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year long.
